2. There is additional charge for size exchange on personalized(custom-made) jewelry.
3. All return item must be in new condition with original package. Used item is non-refundable. 15% restock fee might apply to your account if your return item without the original package, manufacturer problem item excluded.
4. All refunds should be the amount of the merchandise without the original shipping.
